All speakers at EPSA conferences are required to become members of EPSA in case they are not already so. Please notice that EPSA membership includes many benefits besides lower membership registration fees. EPSA members can submit their papers to the conference proceedings after the conference and they will receive a copy of the proceedings (a volume published by Springer). Membership also includes a subscription to the European Journal for Philosophy of Science. See EPSA website for more information about EPSA membership benefits.
Regular fee for EPSA members: 140 EUR
Reduced fee for EPSA members: 90 EUR
Regular fee for non-members: 240 EUR
Reduced fee for non-members: 170 EUR
The registration fee includes conference materials and program attendance, coffee-break refreshments, reception with a buffet on Wednesday and conference lunch on Saturday. Attending the conference dinner on Thursday in an old-fashioned Duesseldorf brewery costs 28 EUR extra (including three courses and one drink). Please transfer the conference fee and the dinner fee separately by bank transfer.
Participants from overseas or outside the SEPA transfer area may pay via PayPal; in this case please notify the local organizing committee (email@example.com) in order to obtain the required information.
The reduced fee applies to students (including PhD students) and to participants from countries with severe financial hardships. In the latter case please send a brief application letter (early) to the local organizing committee by email before registering; the online registration with reduced fee should only be done after the reduction is confirmed by the local organizing committee.
