Earlier in the year, we announced plans to run EPSA21 as a hybrid conference combining online and in-person presentations. In light of the ongoing coronavirus situation, it has become necessary to revise our plans once more.
The Steering Committee and the Local Organising Committee have agreed the following:
- If EPSA21 cannot go ahead as planned in the hybrid format in September 2021 because of the coronavirus situation and travel restrictions, then it will be postponed until April 2022.
- A decision will be made by early June 2021 at the latest about whether or not the conference is to be postponed.
- Until then, conference registration will not be opened and participants should not book travel.
Furthermore, if you have received confirmation from the Programme Committee about presenting at EPSA21, the date for confirming all submissions is now 15 June 2021 (previously 15 April 2021).
