EUROPEAN PHILOSOPHY OF SCIENCE ASSOCIATION

Philosophy of Science in Europe

Our association exists to advance the European tradition in philosophy of science. We do this by promoting international philosophical and scientific exchanges on all levels, and by supporting the progress of philosophical studies and their communication to the academic world and the educated public. On the occasion of the 3rd biennial conference of the EPSA in Athens, we dedicated our newsletter to the philosophy of science in Greece. We asked prominent scholars to tell us about the history and tradition of philosophy of science in Greece and to describe the current state of the field for our readers. Since then, we have expanded the scope of this series to include philosophy of science of Europe in general.
